Los Angeles Temple
7:30 pm Temple Session
(6:45 pm Chapel Session)
Please arrive by 6:15 pm to change and be seated for the 6:45 pm Chapel Session.
Due to the size of the OC Conference, in order to better accommodate everyone, we are headin' up this year in 2012 to the Los Angeles Temple for our OC Conference Temple Session.
Driving going up to the LA Temple in the evening is typically in reverse traffic (after Huntington Beach) on the 405 Fwy, and accessible within an hour's drive from Orange County.
Singles can all attend the session together (200+ seat capacity). Do realize other patrons will be attending 7:30 pm session with us. Unlike the Newport Beach Temple, clothing rental is available at the Los Angeles Temple .
Prior to the 7:30 pm session, we are excited to announce a special OC Conference Chapel Session at 6:45 pm in the Los Angeles Temple with President Gary Larkins of the Los Angeles Temple Presidency presiding.
Another option during that time, singles can also tour the grounds and check out the newly remodeled Los Angeles Temple Visitors' Center. http://www.latemple.org/
Refreshments will be served afterwards around 9:30 pm or so at the Westwood Building located behind the LA Temple. Feel free join us for just refreshments to meet and mingle with other singles, even if you are unable to attend our OC Conference temple session.
Note: out of town temple patrons might be able book a room in one of the LA Temple apartments (located behind the LA Temple) that Thursday Night before staying in Orange County for the rest of the weekend. Contact the LA Temple Apartments Office directly for any availability. 310-474-8521
